What do we know about Spider mite?
Spider mite is a mite that infects plants. They are almost impossible to see with the naked eye, but if you look with a microscope, they are small arachnids. Spider mites live in the leaves and love a warm dry environment. In the right conditions, spiders reproduce at lightning speed. When you try to tackle spider mites, it is therefore very important that not only the adult spider mites are controlled, but also the eggs and larvae.
Damage to your Plant
Because spider mites are so small and almost invisible, they are usually only recognized when damage to the plant can be seen. Spider mite often sits on the underside of the leaf, leaving a trail of webs. Damage is visible at the top of the leaf, because the spider mites prick the leaf to absorb nutrients. The larger the spider infestation, the bigger the damage to the plant.
Fighting spider mites?
With Profs Anti-Spidermite you spray the crop once. It is important that every part of the plant or crop is sprayed. As soon as spider mite comes into contact with Anti-Spidermite once, the adults, the larvae and eggs will die.
